Great chair, especially for the price. The package was delivered on expected time. When it was packed, it was in order and wasnt a mess. It very comfortable and about fully adjustable. My only complaints are, the back rest has a little slack in it, the arm rest have a little slack in it as well. Other than the somewhat wobbly movable parts, this is by far the best budget chair Ive ever owned.
