First this chair looks really cool! The instructions are buried inside the packaging. I do recommend you read them. Mostly it is fairly easy to put together, but they do recommend two people. When inserting the back into the base you definitely need someone else to support the back, while you fit the screws at the back post. After that it seems very flexible and a solid chair. I have yet to use the lumbar support, but again it seems to fit and adjust.great size and really love the material would recommend this to anyone.
