So I have Kyphosis, and scoliosis. I have a 27 degree curve of my mid back. For me chair buying is a pain due to the curve of my spine. I tried the intended way of use, as seen with lumbar support to find it uncomfortable. With some changes as seen in the images, this chair went to awesome mode. Its really comfortable with the change for me. Chair is very nice to look at and so far, very comfortable.
Im 6 foot and 300 lbs. guess Ill live dangerous and see how it works out.
Also, my first chair got lost in shipping and the company quickly sent out a new chair. Kudos to them for being great. They offered to refund me or ship another one. It came very quickly.
