We purchased 2of these and love them so much we purchased 2 more so all wood match. There was an issue with UPS, and we only received 3 of 4 boxes. We were very concerned how this would be fixed. We sent a message to seller. Thought it would be several days to hear back. We honestly were worried about how credit or replacement would be handled. To our incredible surprise the following day, they had responded within an hour or so. They offered several solutions. We smatly, in our opinion, to have them ship the last box. UPS had left it in warehouse. We have used these for over a month. They are so comfortable. They have very good lumbar and neck support. Assembly is easy, well I actually watched hubby do it, but no tools went flying and no bad words . I think that is a good sign! I did learn a trick from him. Flip box upside down and open bottom. Just lift box off! I never knew! The one box is quite heavy. My hubby is pretty big guy, and he grunted a few times. Highly recommended. Customer service like this is sadly lacking!
