The bed itself is 5 stars. For less than 300, it looks like it could be 1,000 (could easily be CB2). Its modern, luxe, and functional / the top part of the bed opens easily and the extra storage is a clutter/saver. Highly recommend the bed.
That said, the process of getting the bed delivered properly was inconvenient. The first delivery did not include all required parts and it was more difficult than one would expect for them to send the right parts (multiple failed attempts by before delivered an entirely new bed). Throughout this, maintained an excellent level of customer service, assisting me and even issuing a refund after / the right solution in this situation.
Im happy to say it was worth the wait!
