I purchased this for my son at Christmas. He has been wanting a gaming setup for a while, and this chair seemed decent enough while not breaking the bank. It was easy enough to put together, and I was surprised that it came with a vibrating back pillow (not advertised). Within seconds of plugging the back pillow into a USB outlet, the pillow stopped vibrating. My son was really bummed. I tried to contact the manufacturer shortly after Christmas to ask for a replacement, or at least how to repair the pillow, but have had no response. Zero starts for customer service.
