This was THE most frustrating buy Ive endured. To summarize, I had to return multiple packages for damage, before finally receiving an undamaged product.
Part of that is, of course, because of the nature of the product and its associated (cheap) cost. Its particle board covered in thin laminate. You get what you pay for. However, I was not about to accept damaged goods.
The good thing is has top-notch customer service! (As you most likely already know) Each time they sent a replacement ASAP, a return slip, and someone to pick up my return. It was just very inconvenient.
Bottom line, this bench is exactly what I wanted, and I am happy - despite the struggles it took to finally receive an undamaged product.
