The bed arrived with several scratches on the rails and spokes, and parts of the bed which had bell-like shapes in the spokes did not match up and were bent in. The base frame of the headboard and footboard were hollow, not solid metal, and not particularly sturdy based on the bending. The box appeared in rough shape. Inside, there were no screws, legs and caps enclosed to put this bed together. The company said no parts were available to send me. I am returning the bed. I did not have a good experience with the color or quality of this bronze king bed. I felt the quality of this product was quite lacking and it's a reminder that you sometimes get what you pay for. Good price, lacks quality.
