I had bought two of these beds. One went together quickly and looked great, the other had mislabeled drawer pieces (two of the four were longer than they should be). I didnt get around to building the second until about 2 months after I bought it. I contacted the seller and took some photos to confirm the incorrect pieces and they quickly shipped replacements that worked perfectly.
The beds are great value for the money, and the company took care of me when I had an issue, so that deserves 5 stars in my mind.
