From some of the other reviews, I was expecting the frame to be a little less than solid/sturdy. Its actually pretty solid. The s on the frame are a little thin and light but together they make a decent base. It did take over 3 weeks from when it was ordered to arrive, but that wasnt a surprise since that was stated. The biggest issue I have is the frame and are shipped separately in 2 boxes. I received the frame over a week ago and it looks like the wont be here for another 4 days or so. The 2 week gap between getting both packages is a minor inconvenience, but not as bad since the frame got here first. There was a misunderstanding since showed that both packages arrived on the same day. I got in contact with the company about the missing box later Saturday evening and they had gotten back to me promptly (only a few hours later) and gave me a link to track my package. As for the assembly, the instructions were decent. From opening the box to having it fully assembled (minus the ) it took a little over an hour and didnt have any trouble putting it together. Overall Im pretty happy with the entire experience. The price was great, it was easy to assemble, its a little sturdier than it looked from the images, and the customer service was awesome. Only downsides are length of time between the packages arriving, and how long it took to ship. These are minor downsides since most products from ship so quickly I may have gotten a bit spoiled there. I recommend this bed frame.
