Pros:
The product came quickly and my husband was able to put it together (by himself) in about 3 hours.
It’s a very nice, pretty piece of furniture.
Cons:
A couple of pieces of wood came damaged.
A piece of the bed is missing (a step for the ladder) and I have no clue how to contact the seller to get it.
The placement of the ladder makes it super hard to remove the mattress without having to take the ladder off completely.
