Very Impressed with Quality of Product and Quality of Service
Delivery was smooth and on schedule.
I had ordered the professional setup, but I was told (a day or two prior to delivery of the bed) that there were no providers available in my area. refunded the amount, but I wish they had notified me sooner.
As a result, I was dreading having to put the bed together. Despite my expectations, the packaging that the bed came in was excellent. As the other reviews mentioned, all the components are wood (no particle board), the screws, nuts, and bolts, etc. were all labeled and came in an exact count. Even the instructions were Ok (though the instructions can always be better, they werent horrible; I only found one real issue).
Also, since I had to put the bed together by myself, I accidentally stripped two bolts. Since the parts are an exact count, I wrote the service department to see how I could get 2 additional bolts. Within a few hours, I received an email reply from the service department AND, within minutes of that email, I received a notification from USPS that BedzKing was sending me a package. They sent me the bolts and explained how to extract the stripped ones. I did what they said and the new bolts are in place and my daughter loves her bed.
