One of the benches was defective. The middle leg was not straight. I tried to contact for assistance in finding the manufacturer for a replacement but the response was to google . Awesome customer service ! If it is not obvious, I am being sarcastic. A trillion dollar company not having the contact info of its suppliers and sellers in its database?
So I finally found the suppliers website and sent an email but its been 2 weeks with no reply. Hoping someone from can see this and send a replacement bench.
