So disappointed! First, the product came with 2 duplicated beams and missing one. My husband had to drill a hole on the opposite side of the wrong beam to make it work, no instructions provided ( we had to Google them) then the bed was dented, chipped and scratched in various visible places as seen in the pictures, it really hurts to play all this money to receive a product that was Missing main parts and all cracked, dented and chipped. This is a lift bed, its so dangerous to NOT send all the correct pieces, We called furniture and no answer as they were closed.
