My first review was deleted! When I went to update it, it was gone!
The top portions of the chairs were delivered and all tracking indicated that the order was complete. I had a difficult time finding someone to talk to to find out when/if the bottom parts of the chair would be delivered. after emails, chats on , and numerous calls all I got was be patient and if you dont receive it by Friday then call us back. They could not tell me if the bottom portion was shipped.
I did finally receive the bottom portion. It was easy to put together. It does not massage it vibrates. There was one spot on the upper part of the chair that was a slightly different color. We will see how they hold up.
