I purchased this bed frame at a discount because the packaging was damaged, but / started the contents were undamaged. They were wrong. The headboard is badly cracked and the footboard is dented at the top. I sent pictures and called , but they refuse to replace the broken pieces.
I would not have purchased the bed for a savings of a few dollars only to receive defective merchandise and poor customer service!
