Just purchased this futon for my ladies office and she loves it! We both love how it looks. Its very firm and The quality of the fabric seems good. I was going to go with a faux leather one but was worried about it eventually cracking and tearing. I made a great choice! For the price you cant beat this. Easy to assemble and doesnt take up too much space. Only wished the armrests would fold down when making it into a bed. But besides that, pretty satisfied and will be getting another for the man cave!
