Easy to assemble, good for small spaces, mainly for kids and teens due to being short.

I bought this for an extra bedroom that has turned into a toy room / game room for the kids, who are now becoming teens -- I needed something, knowing this was not big for an adult (I wouldnt have my family sleep on it, as it is short) but thought this is good for kids and teens. I might get this for my teenage daughters bedroom for Christmas. Comfort, it is slightly firm. Tell your kids not to bounce on it, or it will break, just like any futon, same for us adults, dont plop on it , I did it accidentally and remembered reading a review breaking...mine didnt break. Also, you have to make sure when installing the legs, they are in tightly and just like anything, in time, the screws could become lose, so make sure to tighten the up every so often. One complaint: one leg had rust mark on it, (globs of rust), that did kind of bother me, but you cant see it and I am sure the company, who sees this review, can be kind enough to replace that one leg (front). Box arrival: The box did have a tear in it, probably from transportation, but the futon itself was packaged nicely and snug as a bug. I had a neighbor bring it into my house and after neighbor left, I thought how am I gonna do this? it is heavy.. I also have a bad back right now (workout injury lol), so I knew I would overdo it but much to my surprise, after I put the legs on, and turned it over (carefully), it wasnt very heavy. Also, being it is a futon for kids/teens, it is kind of low to the ground, and that is okay as I never intended this to be for longterm use. This will eventually (this one) go into the basement when it is finished and I will finally turn that room into a proper guest-room. (Pictures will be added later as I am writing this review while waiting for my kids to finish school as I am sitting in the carpool lane, first in line on this rainy day.) Would I recommend it? Yep!
