I bought this to go in an area of my townhouse that is also the laundry room, to give my teenaged sons some space from each other. It is very nice looking, well-made, and easy to function. Now, if you plan on sleeping on this often, make sure you are less than 56. With that said, its perfect for what I needed. Assembly was SO easy.
