This cabinet is held together entirely by screws. The directions are decent. But I got a couple of panels backwards where the finished side was facing the wrong way. But fixing my mistake was easy, as it was just a matter of taking out some screws. The sides of the cabinet have about 14 holes in which one needs to insert screws. The holes are later covered by colored matched stickers. I would highly recommend getting an electric screwdriver for the installation. While I have no regrets with this purchase because of the price and looks, I can clearly appreciate the design of an cabinet which requires much fewer screws. I dont expect the finish of this unit to be very durable either. The stickers for covering the holes really stood out to me on how basic this unit is. I have never seen a cabinet with several holes (about 14 per side) for screws, that later need to be covered with stickers.
