My wife and I have been searching for a rattan patio set for a few weeks and settled on this one. When you order, be aware that the set arrives in 3 separate boxes. didnt track the first 2 that shipped. In addition, the 3rd came from a different warehouse. Not taking away any stars as they still arrived quickly and in good condition.
When you do get it all unboxed, take your time to separate out the set and stage the screws and washers. Next, dont use their provided hex wrench. Get a drill, a bit adapter and a hex bit or a ratchet with a hex bit. This will save a ton of time and save your fingers, hands, and arms from burning out. I was able to completely assemble in about 3 hours (including unpacking, sorting, building and taking out trash).
One of the panels arrived bent so I contacted the vendor and in under a day that had responded and shipped a replacement. I cant stress how delightful their customer service is. That is the reason I chose to write this very review.

One thing to note as mentioned by others that left reviews, the backs are low and the back cushions dont have tethers like the seat cushions do. Oh well, this is one of the cheaper sets out there so I cant take off stars for that. If you dont like the cushions, upgrade them. Look and feel, fit and finish all 5 stars. Im hoping my family and I will enjoy this set for many years.
