Ive created this review because of all the disappointing reviews Ive read thus far about this product. They really are a great deal for the price- and instantly improve the look of a home!
Based on the negative themes I saw, I say the following:
1. Several people gave this a negative review solely because the box was damaged. How does that determine the quality of the product youve purchased?! Leave a package review not a product review!
2. Several people complained of this product bending when sat on. I experienced this and realized I didnt tighten the bolts all the way! Tighten the bolts!
3. People complained the product slipped on their floor no kidding?! It has plastic shoes!! Put some rubber or felt pads on it and youve solved your problem. Dont give them 1 star because your needs werent catered to with one of the best priced chairs on the market!
4. They came unassembed - you lazy American!! Put it together.. or go spend double from a box store on an already assembled chair.
