Full might be the sturdiest option out of all of them.
Purchased on wayfair and what I notice is the complaints of the multiple pieces of wood glued together to make the main beams that go across lengthwise is not present on the full. Maybe the other sizes are not like that either and they only glue a select number of pieces as to not waist any shorter bits of wood?
What I like about the bed is the headboard is part of the legs so it is more structural. A lot of other beds the headboard attaches to the frame and is more flimsy.
Lastly, the weight capacity is the same with full as the queen/king but the slats are closer together. That is better for your mattress so if using a bigger size I would suggest cardboard over the slats for support.
