My original order of olive green chairs were lost by Fedex. I reached out to the customer service and they immediately sent me a new order however the olive green chairs were out of stock. So they cleverly sent me the chairs in brown with a set of olive green cushion replacements. As fate would have it the original order arrived before the replacement order. They have kindly allowed me to keep both orders. Im still awaiting the replacement order but I can speak to my original order. The assembly was fairly simple although it can be a little tricky lining up the holes on the back rest. And one back rest arrived without the screw holes punctured through the fabric. It appears the screw holes are in the back rest so we will punch holes in the fabric to accommodate the screws. I gave this 5 stars because the quality is amazing and the customer service was above and beyond.
