My family has thoroughly enjoyed this waterslide! Its perfect for children under 10 and holds up very nicely. We did get a hole in ours and after the patch wouldnt stay we followed up with the company as it was still under warranty. Tom from their customer service department handled the issue with grace and provided a replacement within a few days and was very helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Love a company that doesnt give you the run around and honors their products quality. A+ experience and product; I highly recommend!
