Fast and Easy to Setup, Durable and Fun

I really like everything about the LOL River Race Water Slide. I appreciate the opportunity to test it and can report back after several kid parties that it has been a big hit. Setting it up takes about 10 minutes max. I put down a tarp as an underlayment. I also put down some flattened cardboard boxes underneath the pool area to soften the slide landing area. I would highly recommend this to keep the bottom safe from rocks, sticks and other debris that could cause a hole. The blower is powerful and inflates it in less than 60 seconds. It keeps it fully lofted and easily supports the 350 lbs weight rating. Ive testing it out and found that after about 250 lbs the top area begins to sag under the weight. For 4-10 year olds this equates to 4 kids sitting up their just fine. The 3 spray nozzles do an excellent job of wetting the slide. I turn the hose on high to fill the pool and then turn it way down to low for use. It wastes much less water and doesnt need much to make it work. The frequency of the tipping bucket will change with the water flow you have it set at. The material feels very durable. I am very impressed with the quality of the whole kit. When taking it down after use I first stand on the pool edge to get most of the water out of the pool, then deflate it and pick it up to dump the remaining water out of the pool area. Then re-inflate it to let it dry out for about 20 minutes. It dries fastest in the sun. Then I let it sit overnight in a dry area like a garage before packing it up in the included carry bag. It is a great kit. If you make sure to use an underlayment and dont keep it out in the sun for more days than you need to, it should last a long time. Sunlight will fade and weaken it over time. If you want to leave it out for extended amounts of time, like say all summer. I would recommend finding a way to cover the deflated slide with a tarp or shade cloth of some sort to keep the UV rays off it. This is a lot of fun for the younger age range. It folds up and stores in the included gym sized bag. 2 people make setup and take down much easier. It can be done solo however. I would recommend it. It is costly but I feel you get what you pay for with this one. 5 stars. **Update** - July 8th, 2019 - Be careful how you store it. Make sure it is dry first. I would leave it out in the sun and wind and keep it inflated until it is completely dry. You will want to store this in a conditioned and dry environment. Dont make the mistake I did and leave it outside lightly folded up. I had it in the shade but it still got wet from rain and then mildewed. The mildew is extremely hard to get off. It will take bleach, steam and scrubbing. Softscrub and a sponge did little to remove it. It is big and there is a lot of area to cover if you end up having to clean it. Make sure you have the proper amount of space and a conditioned dry storage area to keep it when not in use.
