This is so adorable for a small apartment entry. Was fairly easy to assemble. I made a few errors along the way, its best if you stand it on its side and insert all bars and the two wood post that hold the cushion, then sit down and carefully line up the other side while its still on its side, then secure screws, then carefully turn over and repeat. Best to use an electric screw driver to attach cushion, as there is no holes marked on the back side of the cushion. It holds roughly 3 pairs of shoes per rack, and there is room below the bottom rack to place flip flops or flats. The cushion is so soft and will be nice to be able to sit down right there and put on your shoes before you head out.
