Instructions were easy to follow, all the parts came together quite well. Missing two screws and some wooden pegs as a production flaw, but they dont compromise stability of the bench or coat rack; replacements are easy to find at a hardware store. Customer service was very quick to respond, offered alternative solutions, and was very eager to do everything they could to ensure customer satisfaction.
