This couch was relatively easy to assemble by just sliding the pieces together. It is a firm couch, but it is also only the second day weve had it, Im sure it will soften up. It is not too low to the ground, but the arms are a bit low as well as the back. BUT! I think its wonderful and serves its purpose. It was MUCH better than the lawn chairs we had after moving into our first apartment. I cant wait to decorate and add some throw pillows! Also, I wish there was a way to tip/review delivery drivers, our delivery was brought to our FOURTH FLOOR apartment door I cant praise him enough.
