I live in the United States Virgin Islands and I must say that delivery was outstanding through company I purchased bed from and cargo company that delivered. Everything was in tact. All parts needed to assemble bed were accounted for. I am in love with my new bed. Glad I made the choice to purchase. It is beautiful and of outstanding quality.
