Bunkbed came with broken slide and two missing parts. Customer service said they would refund me and send slide and parts. Neither has happened. I do love the bunkbed. But.. having missing pieces and a broken slide.. doesnt sit well with me. Its been several weeks if not months.. and nothing has changed..
