Resetting the lock is futile - not worth the frustration
Really liked the luggage set, however, after trying many of the different suggestions given by the seller under QandA on how to reset the locks, I gave up on the largest piece, and didn't even attempt to reset the locks on the other 2 pieces.
I'm returning the set.
