    Extremely Poor Quality

    Buyers beware! We bought a 4-piece luggage set from for an upcoming vacation. The luggage set was delivered within 24 hours from . After unboxing, and unpacking everything, I set about setting codes for the locks on the luggage. To do this, I followed the directions provided in the shipment EXACTLY. After setting the combination to one lock on one piece of luggage, I couldn't open the lock with the combination I had just set. I again looked at the instructions sent by to reset the code, and to reset it, which did not work either. After taking a flashlight and looking closely at the lock, I could see the reset button was stuck in a down position. I wound up calling's customer service center. I was told I'd have to send them a video of the problem via an email, and they would advise me from there. I sent them the video of the defective locking mechanism as requested. A few hours later, I received an email from with instructions on how to reset the lock. I followed those directions EXACTLY, but the reset button remained stuck in the down position. I again emailed, with pictures showing I did what they instructed, but it still didn't work. A few hours later, I received a different set of instructions, which of course didn't work either at opening the lock. I was also given an offer of $40 for the broken piece of luggage. I replied back that I did not want the $40, I wanted to replace the piece of luggage that had the broken lock. Again, after several hours I received a reply back from. It was indicated to me a supervisor approved a refund of $50 for the broken piece of luggage. I replied back again that I didn't want the now offered $50; I wanted the defective piece of luggage replaced. responded to that by letting me know that since the defective piece of luggage was a set, they wouldn't replace the defective piece with an identical piece. Instead, I was given a link to a website from, where I could pick another piece of luggage of the same size as the defective one, and they would ship it to me in 3-5 business days, (which was out of the time frame for WHEN I needed the luggage for vacation). I boxed everything back up and returned it to for a full refund, and bought a comparable luggage set from one of's competitors. My advice to anyone looking for a luggage set is to stay WAY away from. Their customer service is crap, and the quality I saw on their luggage is questionable at best.
