Pros:Easy to assemble by one or two people(recommended).
However ,you'll need a second person to lift the upper bunk for installation. Overall it is a sturdy bed which kids would love. Installation manual is good with right steps in order with all the required hardware. Overall product look and feel is amazing!
Cons:
Delivery: It was delivered in front of my drive way and I almost backed up(my car does not have a backup camera)and I should say I got lucky there. There was no delivery notification or ring in the door bell.
This is not 's/sellers fault but warning all future buyers on what to expect once the order is shipped.
Packaging: The amount of packaging Is not ideal as it had some dents which was caused during shipping/delivery. Seller needs to instruct shipping company to handle it gently or ramp up packaging.
Quality: Lot of pre-drilled holes needed to be cleared out and minor cracks and few patch work in the frame.
I am giving a four star only because of the product itself and hoping to discuss with seller to see if can have couple of parts re-ordered as they are damaged.
