I originally gave this 1 star. I updated it after calling customer service. They helped us right away.
To start, a few pieces arrived rough, with paint not smooth. We decided to move forward. When we were nearing the end, the rails kept falling although we had three adults putting the bed together. This scratched up the paint terribly. The rails kept falling because piece 16 is too long. Each time we put in piece 16, the other rails would fall. 16 is so bowed that we cant put 10 on the bed. This bed isnt nearly as sturdy as it should be and weve wasted time and resources for something our child was so excited about. Were beyond disappointed.
