The chair looks good at my desk in my living room. The seat is very firm and deep. I like the depth and the lack of arms, which allows it to go under my desk. You can adjust the height, and add a pillow if it’s too deep. I haven’t found the firmness to be an issue. I do not sit for hours at a time without getting up.
