Our 9-year-old loves it!! Great for saving space and better than we expected for the price! Must have two people to assemble, but as a long as you follow the instructions your good. I would suggest opening the screws slowly and putting them in baggies with labels on each regarding the size before you begin. The packaging made it hard to keep up with them all. Our only issues are making the loft bed, which is going to be an ongoing challenge, and we will have to replace the ceiling fan in the room. The bed just comes to close for comfort. We somewhat expected these things, so we are quite pleased with our purchase.
