I purchased this product to put in the sunroom in my new home. After two months of use, my elderly cat had an accident on a few cushions. They are waterproof and I wiped them clean, but rushed to wash them as cat pee is horrid. I didnt pay attention to the directions and threw them in the washing machine. They shredded. It was entirely my fault as it clearly says to handwash. I contacted the company about buying replacement cushion covers. They sent me new ones free of charge. It is one of my favorite places to sit and relax. Love this couch.
