Overall I am pleased with this sit to stand desk. I would have given it 5 stars if;
1.) The front wheels had brakes and or the back wheel brakes did a better job at preventing it from moving. When sitting I have a tendency to place my feet on either side of the base and I find that the desk still moves around some. Basically, the brakes could be better .
2.) The wheels moved on carpet better than they do. I have tile and carpet. I find that I have to pull rather than push the desk (pull slowly at that) because the wheels get stuck or do not roll well on carpet. It is slightly annoying but not a deal breaker.
3.) The top of the desk just below the moving part had a small lip or wall to prevent things from falling or sliding off. I tend to shove pens, stapler and various other little things on that little shelf. More so when I am using the desk in a standing position. Whenever I move the desk, especially on carpet, I find that anything isnt heavy enough seems to fall off. Again, not a deal breaker.
And last thing I wish it had
4.) The movable piece was controlled by a pump or hydraulic type of mechanism. You know, kind of like an office chair or the chair you sit in when you get your haircut. It is slightly a pain in the butt to have to unscrew either side and gently lower or pull up to raise every time you want to sit and then stand.
The above are just things that would be added perks for me and are just my opinion. I love this desk because it does exactly what I need it to do. It is lightweight, relatively easy to move, and has enough space for what I need. I WOULD recommend this product.
Love it! Definetly Recommend
