Nice and comfortable, but received one defective chair.
I do love these chairs. They were super easy and quick to assemble, and they are very comfortable. However, one of the chairs I received was wrinkled in two areas of the seat upon arrival. Hoping the company will let me exchange this specific piece rather than sending the entire set of two chairs back and having to repurchase.
EDIT: within hours of posting my review, I was contacted by Lucia from Direct (the company selling these stools). She apologized about the seats defect and offered a partial refund. I wrote back saying I didnt need a refund, that Id just like to exchange the defective piece. She then offered to replace the stools entirely without having to send my defective one back. I am very impressed with the prompt customer service I received, and thus am changing my review from 4 stars to 5. Thank you!
