I read most of the reviews before ordering 2 of the medium-sized ones. 1 out of the 2 were defective. It still serves the purpose and reason I bought it for. The dimensions work out exactly as I wanted and both fit perfectly in the space requirements I had. However, like the photos show, one of the top cover (couch) pull-out supports on the sides is broken out of the box. Not sure, if it is due to shipping or if they are prone to breaking easily. I have contacted customer service so let's see what happens. Not pleased with the product after reading such positive reviews. Don't get me wrong, I am still pleased with the function of the product and it meets exactly what I was looking for like I said. But, still disappointed in the quality.
