I was extremely excited to get these bunk beds and couldnt wait to surprise my kiddos with it. When I opened it, I was thrown back at how beautiful and sturdy the wood was. My husband and I were ecstatic to get working on getting them set up. However, once it came down to it... no bolts, screws or instructions manual. We were disappointed but figured lets contact the company. So I emailed them multiple times because they have no phone number on the website and no response. Literally waited till it was almost my 30 days before I can return and till this day... no response. Overall horrible experience with these bunks.
