I really did my homework before concluding this bed would be the best buy on a budget. Other reviews about their experiences with the manufacturer were a major selling point for me, yet I have received NO response to my inquiry about the pictured findings when the product arrived!! I did not demand a refund or anything Karen either, I simply asked how to go about replacing 2 boards, stating I was pretty sure I could still use everything else without issue. I reached out via email as directed on included instructions 3 days ago…and still here I sit with a broken-hearted 4 year old who was SO looking forward to his new Big Boy Bed I realize its a pipe dream to have decent furniture flawlessly delivered, but at least respond!!! Disappointed, raise your budget $100 and go with another company.
