After reading negative reviews I took my chances with this bed and I'm glad I did. My 8 year old wanted s loft bed and she is so happy with this one. It's sturdy and i have to say, of you screw too tight you will check the wood (i saw this complaint in this so wanted to clarify). Now to the conds. I had no instructions to go by but i was able to find assembly instructions for the twin bed on Google (my bed is full). Despite slight differences i was able to figure out the steps. The part and tool numbers matched so i was able to identify each one. I am a single mom who put this together by myself with the assistance of my 8 year old who helped me hold some parts in place while i screwed the other side etc.. i didn't have an electric screwdriver bit i managed. Overall it was s great purchase for the price.
