I was looking to add some bar stools to my arcade set up and came across these. Upon delivery and watching a youtube video, assembly was very simple and took around 10/15 minutes to complete. These barstools not only look good, but their also very comfortable. The only issue I had with the stools were that one of them made a squeaking noise when I, or someone else sat in it. Being such a nice set, I didnt want to return them through , so I reached out to the manufacturer and told them my situation and they were very responsive to my emails. Once we figured that the base of the stool was the problem they immediately sent me a new base to be put on. Once again I watched a few Youtube videos on how to remove a base from a barstool, and now matter what I done this thing wouldnt budge. I kindly reached out to them again to tell them that I couldnt remove the base, and to my surprise they sent me instructions with colored pictures to help me. The instruction were totally different than the Youtube videos I had watched, and you know what? I had that base off within 30 seconds and put the new base on, so now I have two perfectly working chairs that Im so glad I purchased. Once again I want to thank these guys for having such aming customer service!
