The chairs are gorgeous, however 3 of the 4 I received had manufacturing defects that made correct assembly impossible. The holes to attach the seat to the legs were aligned in such a way that only two screws could attach rather than the four. The assembly instructions suggested that defective products would result in free replacements, however I was told that this was not possible in my case. I was offered and accepted a half refund and suggested to drill the holes myself. Customer service was very friendly even though they did not exactly solve the problem. I wish I could give a 5 star review as I absolutely love the chairs and the one in my order that did assemble correctly was a breeze to put together.
