These chairs are beautiful and the cactus color was just what I wanted for our dining room. I ordered two sets of these. The first set was missing a small part. I contacted the company and they agreed to send me a new one. The second set had one chair that had some loose fabric, causing a wrinkle on the top of the chair. I again contacted the company and they said they could not send me a new chair top, which was disappointing. I would return them, but I am nervous the next batch would be worse and I like the chairs, so I am going to stick with what I got. This is why I prefer to order furniture from Wayfair because they will do everything possible to guarantee customer satisfaction.
