Nothing was damaged from delivery. Had all the hardware to put together including extras (1 bolt did have a manufacturer defect). Went together easily. Instructions are simple enough to follow along. The security straps are bulky nylon straps that are not hidden so i did not install, its not gonna tip all by itself.
