    So easy to put together!

    Instant satisfaction. Now after 1 hour commute I come home and bounce for a minute or two. Shake up the fluids and feel great. Wake up in the morning jump a minute or two and I am feeling good. Put on fun dance music practice my moves. Easy does it. Dont do too much, follow youtube videos to learn to hold your core stabilize your back.
