The pluses: The unit appears to be well made, stable and was easy to assemble.
The cons: We received this as a gift but the right handrail had a glob of solder in the threads of the nut that holds the handrail. When tightening the adjustment knob (M8 x 35mm) it was damaged. Now I cant secure the handrail and my wife cant use her Christmas gift. How can I get replacement parts so we can use this?
Ill update this review if I can get the parts I need.
UPDATE 1: s customer service sent replacement parts, but unfortunately they didnt work correctly either. Once again, there was an issue with the solder.
UPDATE 2: s customer service sent a second set of replacement parts.
UPDATE 3: s customer service acknowledged some of their units had a quality control problem and is offering us a full refund or a replacement trampoline. I realize problems will occur but Im impressed how responsive their customer service is so Im improving my star rating.
